No cooking on this Sunday Funday. Unfortunately, the gas company won't be out until Thursday to restore my hot water and gas for my stove. I'm more upset about me not being able to use my stove, then taking hot showers. I know. Strange. I put into motion my liberally educated brain and thought outside the box. I would reveal what's in my refrigerator and cupboards. DUH.

Pictured left to right 7. Panko Bread Crumbs 8. Trader Joe's Corn & Chile Salsa 9. Garlic Salt 10. Mario Batali's Marinara Sauce 11. Trader Joe's [LIFE CHANGING] Valencia Peanut Butter
12. Trader Joe's Pesto 13. Trader Joe's Hummus Dip
These thirteen items will ALWAYS be in my apartment. Trader Joe's has such a great selection of essential foods that are reasonably price.
Just some ideas the next time you find yourself in the kitchen with these items:
A. Putting pesto or either salsas (even better together) on your eggs with a slice of toast.
B. Hummus with chips, carrots, celery, radishes, etc.
C. Next time you make a grilled cheese add a little garlic salt to each buttered side. FABULOUS!
D. That peanut butter is AMAZING. I can't eat any other brand of peanut butter because it's that good.
WARNING! The movie that we are suggesting this week is a tear jerker. I definitely had alligator tears through out the entire movie, but it's one of those movies that makes you want to help the cause. It's called The Cove. It's a documentary about what's happening to dolphins every year at a beach town in Japan. Watch the movie before you visit the website because it will give away details. I think seeing what goes on verse reading it has much more of an impact. This documentary will make you look into your own life and wonder if you could have done things differently that you have regretted. It will also teach you that a regret can be changed, if you really want it to be.
